Capitol Elementary

Capitol Elementary School is a 75,000 square foot newly constructed school for the East Baton Rouge Parish School System.  It was designed to accommodate a program enrollment of 660 students and includes classroom space for Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, an Administration Area, Media Center with Computer Lab, a Cafetorium, and a full commercial kitchen. In addition to the program spaces, this project included site improvement components including visitor and faculty parking areas, separate parent and bus drop-off areas, cafeteria delivery and staff access area, as well as separated playgrounds for various grades.
