Designer

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Breanna is a designer with an interest on how occupied spaces built in urban environments affect the wellbeing within the community. She first discovered her love for architecture at Scotlandville Magnet High, being introduced to the world of architecture through the engineering program. At that young age, Breanna realized she could impact the industry and enrolled at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she received her bachelor’s and Master of Architecture.

During her time at the ULL, she was a consistent face in the College of the Arts. She became a prominent member of the UL Black Student Union and the National Organization of Minority Architecture Students. Breanna is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Since joining the Fusion team, Breanna continues to expand her experience in various design projects and community outreach. She is currently serving as Fusion’s representative on the Advisory Board for High School of Engineering Professionals at Scotlandville Magnet High School. In her spare time, she can be found reading a good book or drawing for leisure.

From Port Allen, LA, she has plans to use her degree and skill sets to help transform her South Louisiana community through design. Holland is still exploring which field of architecture best suits her personal talents and excited to see where the profession will take her in the future.

Jean Paul Duhon, AIA

Architect

After graduating from Louisiana State University in 2002 with a degree in Architecture, Jean Paul spent thirteen years working for some of the most elite firms in Chicago where he developed a love of historic building restoration and sustainable design. He spent almost a decade involved with the Chicago branch of the Building Enclosure Council (www.bec-chicago.org) which ended when he relocated to his home state for a brief two years before landing in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

There he worked as the Design Architect for the Town of Barnstable where he cut his teeth on public service and the municipal building process. Having recently returned to Baton Rouge he is thrilled to be employed with Fusion Architects and to be back in his hometown. He is a licensed architect in three states.

Zafer Farah

Project Designer

Zafer received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Damascus University in 1998. Shortly after graduation, Zafer set his sights on Paris, where he earned a Master of Advanced Studies in Architecture from École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris-Belleville followed by a master’s degree in architecture from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris-Val de Seine in 2000 and 2006, respectively.

Following his education and work with international firms, Zafer and his wife relocated in 2007 to Baton Rouge, where he promptly joined a local firm. His international work experience, design talent, and attention to detail was a great addition to the Fusion family in 2018.
